Harrier Challenge

A harrier lunges at a juvenile hawk in Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge. Both birds were annoyed with the other, but the harrier was more willing to take action. Shortly after this photo was taken, the harrier successfully chased off the hawk.
