Midnight Adventures

This late night adventure couldn’t have gone better!

I know that sounds like an exaggeration, but really, everything went perfectly. That isn’t to say this wasn’t tough - this was my highest photo to date, at over 12,300 feet - but it all came together. I got good weather, I got a great angle, and (most importantly) I got LUCKY and captured ANOTHER meteor streaking across the sky! I will say though, being prepared and spending hours outside definitely helped increase my odds.

I think this has to be my favorite Milky Way photo so far. Shot with a Canon EOS RP.
