Milky Way over Estes Park, CO

Milky Way Season is officially back! This is a 30” exposure taken from the Many Parks Curve Overlook in Rocky Mountain National Park, facing SE toward Estes Park. I took this at about 2:45 am after a couple hours of waiting for the sky to clear and for the galactic core to rise. Thankfully, I was able to put my new full frame camera to use! And remember, when you’re visiting a national park at night, make sure someone else knows!
