South Point, Hawai'i

The southernmost point of Hawai'i Isaldn - and the United States - is a rugged place with windswept grass, coarse sand, and jagged volcanic rock. Waves pound the shoreline here, and I would not recommend getting too close for fear of being knocked onto the sharp rocks. Trust me... I am familiar. Photo taken July 9, 2021.
