Maunakea in July

The Milky Way hangs over Hawai'I Island in this long exposure from July, 2021. I took this shot from the Maunakea Visitor Information Station, which is 9,200 feet above sea level. These were arguably the darkest skies I have seen, but also the fullest sky.
